As folks will no doubt mention, it’s only commercial goods. Here’s their English announcement about it. Fingers crossed Hobonichi shipped some in advance and/or are doing so today to have some supply overseas (unlikely I know). It goes into effect Wednesday JST, so there’s still half a day or so…

Tbh - it’s been a nightmare to send anything overseas from Japan for very long time, since war on terror days. Used be super efficient but sadly, world has changed. Surprised that problems with Europe for Japan Post.
