without the labor there is no payroll or payroll tax. all employers factor that cost into the cost of hiring. if a job doesn't bring in more than it costs the job doesn't exist

therefore it is the workers who pay both the income tax and the payroll tax (even if not directly) and as such we pay about 85% of US taxes while corporations pay just over 10%
