I keep seeing post of people discussing "flight logs to Epstein Island". The Island does not have a runway. Epstein flew in/out of St. Thomas. "Esptein Island" is approx 2 miles to the SE. To access the island, requires a boat from St. Thomas. Which means, there's a boat operator who knows a lot.
It means there was a boat operator… go ask locals with some cash. They won’t be quoted or go public but it is all there.

I'm a ship captain, not a pilot. But I believe the FAA has very similar rules regarding passenger manifests.
I was a Canadian pilot. I know when I flew private pilots were not required to record names of passengers, but commercial pilots did have to log passengers names in the aircraft journey logs. Probably very similar?
Though retention periods probably differ everywhere for journey logs. I kept mine longer way than the retention period because I didn’t fly enough to fill my planes logbook. I suspect there’s a manifest at the commercial operation. Something with names and contacts should their be an accident.
Would be great if something came from these logs but it feels like a huge mental lapse on their (Epstein et al) part to have left this trail open. Remaining hopeful.

The question... Why hasn't any reporter in the MSM or otherwise gone to St. Thomas and found these boat operator(s)? They're there. They exist. The boats still exist. And if they carry more than 6 passengers (as defined by USCG), they require a USCG Certificate of Inspection. Go find them!

Still requires someone with a USCG license to operate it. If fewer than 6-passenger it's a "6 pack"; and requires an operator's license (still called a "Captain's License" by many). If the boat had a COI, it required a USCG licensed Master of at least 25-tons. USCG rules still apply.
Bottom line: Private boat or not, if you're paid to operate a vessel, it requires a license. And there are rules you must comply with. St. Thomas is part of the United States, the regulations are set by the USCG.
They can also interview boat operators in Ft Lauderdale. Epstein had lots of parties with rich people and child sex slaves on boats out of that area and West Palm. One was Elon Musks brothers Teen booty and coke birthday party.
