In almost any profession that requires a physical exam, there are specifications that must be met in order to pass. For POTUS, it seems to come down mostly to a doctor’s opinion about whether someone is fit for the job. It seems reasonable that we should establish some baseline medical standards.
There are age limits for pilots, bus drivers, surgeons, so WHY NOT FREAKING PRESIDENTS???????
Whoever is keeping the THE LIST OF THINGS TO FIX. - Term limits on all FEDERAL JUDGES - Independent Medical Examination and Full Public Disclosure on ALL Persons elected or appointed to public office - ABOLISH the Electoral College.
I can guarantee that there isn't a single doctor in the USA who would "honestly" sign off for Donald Trump to take scuba lessons. If a person isn't fit enough for a recreational scuba certification, do we really want them to have one of the most stressful jobs on the entire planet?

I want to whine 😭 about how easy OW cards’re these days (in ‘76, I did 4 successive *weekends* of course & poolwork, then true ocean c/o dives; noobs now, it’s an afternoon); irrelevant to your ⏺️ I don’t believe this regime’s leedur could pass any given state’s DRIVING test. (queue toonces 🎥)
And take my word for it... there are some really unhealthy people that meet the basic standard for recreational scuba. I pulled one such person from the ocean dead once (heart attack/panic). Even those standards need to be increased. But as lax as they are, Trump wouldn't pass the exam.

please be sure to include regular mental health checks in your manditory medical standards-- and maybe all these tests should be done by qualified medical persons mutually agreed upon by a 3rd-party that has nothing to do with any political parties...
