The average monthly wage in Russia is about $1000/month, if we convert to USD. And if we convert RUB/Liter into USD/Gallon, the average cost of gasoline right now at the pump across Russia is $2.99/gallon. You know they have to be feeling that! And there's only one guy they can blame.

We’re about $3.20 in Oklahoma right now. But… the average income in Oklahoma is about 3x as much as what typical Russians earn.
