I watched the first episode of the documentary on Hurricane Katrina last night on Netflix. I remember in 2005 thinking that GWB was the worst president I would see in my lifetime. Nope. Not even close. Have a Happy Labor Day!

I am afraid you are correct. Should Vance become president, the connections he has with Peter Thiel et al and Heritage Foundation are very concerning. But, yes, when you wrap everything up in Jesus, you’re going to carry certain voters every time.

@kmgj89.bsky.social wrote about "certain voters." I wrote about "Christian nationalists." Many people call themselves "Christians." But many actually serve "Big Dollar" as their savior. Or some nationalist or racist scheme. Living as a Christian is a challenge. Much more listening than preaching.
