Same thing happened to a friend of mine, she spoke of her mental pain and anguish and her wish to die..we rationed her meds as she tried to OD she made it clear her mission was to end her life..the mental health team wouldn't intervene..they said she could look after herself..she drowned herself.
I'm really sorry to hear this and that's awful but these sorts of detailed accounts can be triggering
I expected more from the team..they knew her history and her diagnosis..we begged them to place her in a secure unit..it was not her first attempt she came very close some years earlier and only saved by a passer bye finding her unconscious in the woods. Painful memories..
