It’s interesting that Jimi was right handed but play his guitar left handed. Kurt Cobain was like that too. Crazy how the brain works.

I’m left handed and play right handed guitars. It just felt right when I started to learn - many years ago.

I think if it just feels right, play it that way. Plus, you may have been taught that way. You use both sides of your brain, though, and that’s what is cool!

Yah. I'm mostly left handed, such as writing or batting or throwing a baseball, but right handed on guitar. Go figure.

It's totally intuitive, imo. It only "looks" left-handed, he's fingering with his right hand, strumming and picking with his left.
