He did. I was 10 when I watched him destroy us. And I watched my grandmother smash the tv. In real time. She was so against Reagan and Reaganomics and she loved him as an actor. But she couldnt watch his movies anymore after that

Same with my dad. He liked Reagan as an actor but hated his policies and swore that he started the country on a downward spiral.

He did. Being an only child, I got to watch and listen to he adults around me. He definitely did. My mom could actually be a single mom before him. I remember when she needed HUD and Welfare, it was after him and she was a waitress. SMH.
