It's not that difficult, most of the time teachers and other adults don't mind it or will retaliate against the one who is the victim. Maybe they would call it "character building". Or some other macho bullshit.

There's ZERO doubt about it being nasty behavior--and I mean really nasty--but, look, bullying is about having something going on in the mind that has to be taught away, it does, and sometimes you have to make people stop fighting first, that's no fighting, and then you change the minds...
