We’re back in Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman territory. Healthcare providers will have to rely on their own research instead of being able to look to CDC guidelines. CVS is taking the chickenshit way out.

State boards of pharmacy will need to revise their requirements. This is not copping out, we have to follow federal and and state board requirements. It totally sucks, we pharmacists would rather give everyone the shots they want.

That doesn’t help patients today. CVS is uniquely positioned to challenge the CDC. It can defend and indemnify its pharmacists. Companies with the resources to fight Trump who choose not to are a big part of the problem. Trump won’t stop. He can only be stopped.
