Total bullsh*t. Put everyone in a room and let them pass the same test - if the best person is a white man - good for him - he just learned that other people are good competitors. But when women and POC are prevented from even taking the test - the winner of the test is weak by definition.
They're not prevented from "taking the test". Discrimination has been illegal since 1964. DEI doesn't exist to give everyone equal opportunity, it's designed to give extra advantage to non-whites. Proponents SAY this, although they'll deny it when criticized.
