A Touch More (with Sue Bird and Megan Rapinoe) isn't exclusively about basketball, but it hits all your points (and has plenty of basketball talk). The Ringer WNBA podcast is also good.

A Touch More is on the list, but The Ringer’s is a hard pass. The Ringer WNBA Show was actually the inspiration for request — I barely made it 20 minutes before I turned it off; it had most of the things I hate and was poorly produced. Still on the hunt, but thanks!
