Great news but how does the judge get those orders enforced while the DOJ won't and the DOJ gets SCOTUS involved ? Moral victories are great but we need some "real" victories as well.
So that was a giant waste of money. Once again puts lie to the notion this regime has the slightest interest in government efficiency.

Alligator Alcatraz is a shame on the United States. Advanced societies treat detainees of all stripes humanely, here the State is stooping to the level of the criminals. Furthermore, the vast, vast majority of immigration detainees are not criminals, the more reason to treat them decently. Close it.
Even more of these detention centers are being built in red states. Red governors are tripping over themselves to scoop up the fed money to redistribute to their contractor cronies to slap up code violating human cages. The MAGA. grift shows no bounds.
