That said I think in the future there ought to be separate non-neighborhood housing for those who do want that individual vibe. So give us both, but 99% focus on Warband housing for launch.

I agree, but also think it makes sense that they'd do individual first. It fits nicely with the RP in MMORPG, even if I suspect people who RP in WoW are borderline nonexistent (which I say as someone who used to run an RP guild). But the WoW team definitely clings to this aspect of the game.
