1) Right to charge, landlords can't refuse tenets installing thier own chargers. If the tennet can and wants to pay than allow them. 2)cable drains. Spend some of the old subsidy getting councils up and running installing these.

3)smart throttled work chargers. To have 6 charge points they have 6 dedicated 7.2kw lines . I've never seen more than 4 cars, and they didn't pull 230kwh, this service could have been put in a lot cheaper, 3 lines could support 7 chargers or 6 lines could support 19 charger
