That is my hope, but I'm not sure if it's possible. We don't acknowledge the ICC. Some say the ICC won't proscecute then. Others say there is precedence and it has been done before.

From what I've heard, if a member of the ICC is being infringed upon by another country, the I.C.C. might step in to protect the member country or hold the aggressors responsible.
