Whether we can restore democracy depends on what happens in the next few years. It’s really hard to envision and predict how this is going to go.
History shows us that fascism is never overthrow by peaceful means. Most can't accept this FACT.

He will not leave office willingly. It will take some form of physical confrontation. I expect the military will be involved. And which side they show their loyalty to will decide the day. I will say that the military people I know will stand with the Constitution. But I fear that many will not.

Looking at how complacent, lazy and apathetic the American public is, the answer is: of course not.
