Trump's lifting of the de minimis exception for duties on goods under $800 coming from Canada to the US is literally ending the livelihoods of thousands of Canadians. It sucks that you can't get LEGO but it's WAY bigger than that - & Canada is paying even in this way for American MAGA voter idiocy

My son painstakingly sorted through a ton of Lego bricks at our house to reassemble a set and then ordered the missing bricks with his own money. He’s been anxiously awaiting their arrival since early August. He’s going to be devastated.
