He was laundering and normalizing radical extreme views of racism, sexism and bigotry as “free exchange of ideas” to where they are now mainstream and considered valid. Ex, It is now a mainstream notion for conservatives to ponder whether women should WORK or VOTE because of him.

Thank you, David Corn, for that piece. Yes, we must condemn political violence and the act that took his life, but we don’t need whitewash his persona and what he stood for. If you’re a person of color, belong to any minority group, or had a loved one killed by gun, Charlie’s words hit differently.

My guess is Klein knows better. But, his latest piece of dribble has gotten more clicks and views than probably the rest of his collective output. Which, makes his "take", even more heinous.
