So I just called a Rexall pharmacy in Ontario they are not taking US visitors for fall COVID shots because “they have no one to bill” and would not accept out of pocket payment.

I'm also anticipating a ban on Americans being able to freely travel outside of the country. That's a standard page in any authoritarian playbook, and one that Trump certainly won't miss. Not this year I don't think, but next year possibly.
