I live in Oregon and got my Covid booster shot today, i would have gotten with Flu shot last Wednesday but Walgreens requires that I gotten a prescription from doctor before they will give you it ,I think there's no Rebellion, if the pharmacy will not join in ,all they want is money

If you live near the Washington border, Washington's governor had a doctor give a standing prescription to everyone so you can get your vaccine no questions asked. We got ours at a Vancouver Walgreens last night. Oregon needs to do this, too!
