Listen, I hate this administration with all my heart and I think they deserve prison time, but this is passing the buck. Local police failed their job. They didn't need permission from the feds. They needed to intervene and protect.

I understand the lack of Fed action, but local police don’t need Daddy Trump’s permission when someone is making threats. There is a state penal code and I am sure that what the shooter did prior to the actual event must have fallen under some sort of violation.
