We all hate NEPA until it's used to force the shutdown of a concentration camp. With the administration follow the order, or just attempt to ignore it?

NEPA is fine in contexts other than infill housing, wind+solar, and public transit.

Right. The judiciary should shut down the due process free immigrant detention camp because it is unconstitutional and violates our values, not because ICE failed to do its homework before opening it up.
