NEPA is fine in contexts other than infill housing, wind+solar, and public transit.

Way too many people in the legal profession that basically disagree with this and think our entire system is a word game.
Right. The judiciary should shut down the due process free immigrant detention camp because it is unconstitutional and violates our values, not because ICE failed to do its homework before opening it up.
