Would you pay $2.9 million for a home that looks like this? This is from Lennar's Veev modular devision. It seems like a nice product (similar to Cover) but IMO it just doesn't look premium enough to justify its price tag

I can only find a similar home in Santa Rosa for just over $1M which seems reasonable for the area. This looks nicer than my Edwardian in SF, but different strokes for different folks I guess www.zillow.com/homedetails/...
