By law, the US Marshals are required to arrest the persons not following the ruling of the SCOTUS. Even if Trump declares Martial law, the Marshals can arrest Trump. its not SCOTUS's fault, its the MAGA, GOP, and Congress for not Convicting Trump. You don't need approval from DOJ to do it, its law.
