I work with a 50+ woman in a factory who only gets "news" off facebook, believes all experts are idiots, and didn't know what fascism is. Worse, yet she tries and gives people with life and financial advice despite having filed for bankruptcy twice and having 4 failed marriages. ALL 100% TRUE!!

Their inability to self-reflect is staggering.

Because they know their beliefs do not bear examination.

I've begun to wonder if many have become so delusional that they believe their own BS at this point. It would explain why so many Conservatives think the economy was horrible under Biden and is now somehow better under tRump. Otherwise, it's completely nonsensical.

I can't see any logic behind tariffs, conservatives views on the economy, and practically everything else. The only possible answers are complete total incompetence or an attempt to turn us all into Serfs. Considering the state of things, I'm leaning towards total incompetence.

Don't forget the big beautiful factories with millions of screws that you can work your entire life in. Then your kids can work there too. I lean in the surf direction, but yes, the incompetence is off the charts.

One of my neighbors who is full-on MAGA told me that USAID was a worldwide transgender operation whose purpose was to change children’s genders. And this was why Trump had to shut it down. When I told him the agency was promoting America values and feeding the hungry he said I was crazy.
