Back to work a day after having small focal seizures. Haven’t had any this morning. I have also kept my stress level incredibly low today. Been doing pretty well at that for a while. Time to get back to it. Can’t be the hero with everything. Just one segment of the day at a time!! #muchlove

Thank you, mine is focal epilepsy. I’m on an anti seizure med, but had a bunch of small ones yesterday for the first time in a while. Today is much better. Glad I have an employer that understands.
