A federal court has ordered a cease and desist order of work place raids, because ICE is using "racial profiling" to raid jobs where immigrants might work. The actions are violating the rights of owners, the clients and the workers because race is the criteria. In addition ICE does not have warrants

Didn't SCOTUS decide a few years ago ICE/Border Patrol could not be held accountable for unnecessary acts of violence in their duties? With the incredible volume of serious injury inflicted, & now 2 women in 2 mos killed or seriously injured by Military (in DC), the volume is not sustainable.

So when a person turns out not to be undocumented, they seem to always make sure there's an obstruction, impeding and/or assault charge to make it seem like a legitimate arrest. There's a reason most of these offenses are dismissed by grand juries.

More than anything else going on—and there is SOOOO much—these “immigration” kidnappings depress me the most because even if we come through this nightmare and right many of the wrongs that have been done, these people’s lives have been shattered and can never be repaired. It’s horrifying.
