Anawalt Lumber is family owned and celebrated 100 years in business last year at the corner of Pico & Sepulveda in West L.A., as well as stores at Robertson & Santa Monica in WeHo, Highland & Romaine in Hollywood, Cross Creek Rd. in Malibu and the old Norris Hardware building in the Palisades.

I used to go there… Man, those places were cool…(you could almost always find new old stock to fix your faucet for dirt cheap…) Off topic…Remember Sun Electronics over there on Lincoln Blvd back in the day? The only local place that sold TV or radio vacuum tubes to rehab/repair old TVs or radios…
Oh wow! No, I don’t remember Sun Electronics. I moved to Venice in 1997 — maybe that was before my time.
