our semiregular rotation includes a dinner we call "School Lunch" which is an old Gourmet Mag recipe for chicken cutlets breaded in parm, english muffin crumbs, butter, then baked; along with broccoli florets, carrot coins with garlic, tater tots, and sliced apple.
Free ProTip: for a really good sloppy Joe toast your brioche buns for the last five minutes with the oven fries. A little of that oil adds just the right note. 🍽️

It’s a new addition to our tradition, but a welcome one. The Tall One is starting a brand new teaching job that he has gone thru fire to secure. The Short One is taking her MSW license exam and heading straight into pre-med courses. I’m going to try some new fangled online courses. We need it!!
