Democrats need to do a much better job weeding out loser candidates like Fetterman, Sinema, Manchin, et. al in any given primary.

Fetterman has an ABI (acquired brain injury) due to his CVA (stroke). He should not be driving, much less making decisions for a constituency as a senator in Pennsylvania. He should be removed immediately.

The mistake we make is that we don't treat him as intellectually disabled from the stroke that gave him profound permanent brain damage. His tone deaf, pleasure-seeking comment is partly bec he's always been a jerk, but mostly because of frontal lobe mediated disinhibition from the stroke.
