Yep. The agencies didn’t need to modernize by firing everyone and then covering their butts. They caused thousands more problems with the DOGE cuts. And didn’t care to assess the damage BEFORE they made the cuts. Trump’s plan “Break it first” was the stupidest policy for emergencies.
