Try Yuzu Kewpie, it’s fantastic
Yessum
Do you have the Kewpie black sesame salad dressing? Oh myyyyyyy
Is that the Japanese Mayo?
Most certainly is :)
Does kewpie mayo taste different to egg mayo -eg Hellman’s ?
well mayo has basic ingredients, egg is a part of the equation, kewpie is a bit of a designer treat for various things, Hellman's has less additives and is brilliant at industrial strrength usage like potato salads, it is the one I use mostly..it's brilliant to be honest..
Egg sandwich with Kewpie 😋
Steamed broccoli with kewpie mayo
Ooh, I might try that tonight👍.
Excellent choices! I like Sriracha in cottage cheese and kewpie in scrambled eggs 😄
For some reason, the idea of them both on hot chips just came to mind.
The absolute bomb!
Oh yeah!
I was introduced to Kewpie mayo and then SSK Japanese mayo - prefer SSK. Recently had it with my favourite bbq sauce on beef sausages - yum!
Yesterday's Friday night easy meal: chicken burgers with sriracha and kewpie sauce.
Extra points for the individual cocktail sticks keeping each half in place 👩🍳
bang!
The Mayonnaise Sriracha is unforgettable….
Kewpie is great! No sugar
Those two and a dash of Worcestershire sauce = hamburger & steak sanga sauce.
I’ve been curious but never tried the kewpie
Don’t forget the Lao gan ma (chili crisp)
As it turned out had to go to the shops for milk and bread and laoganma was selling at half price - money well spent :)
Oh NICE!!!
There’s a new Australian one on the market I’m keen to try but yes must add :)
I have sriracha. But never tried kewpie mayonnaise.
you have to it is the best...
I will add it to my list. The packaging annoys me.
The bottle annoys me. Can't get the scrapings out. 😥
don't get the scrapings out, throw the bloody thing in the bin and get another one..
"Waste not, want not."
True dat.
of all the things in the world to be annoyed by...
Yep. First world etcetera,
Don’t mind Sriracha, but stick clear of MSG products like kewpie
Just googled - they do make MSG free ones as well…
Cheers, the one I tried was very salty
It’s a bit of a treat and a bit of MSG never bothered me - especially given how much rubbish is in everything else :)
