Absolutely. I’m reminding myself that he’s the one who made the choice to end things, I can’t change how he feels, so I just have to put myself first best I can and try to move forward. Still love lhim, but I also still need to love and respect myself too.

Yep. Absolutely. The self-esteem has taken a bit of a beating so it’s a work in progress. Would be easier to move on if he was an arsehole, but the reality is that he’s a beautiful soul, he just fell out of love with me, and I can’t hate him for that.
