My neighbor thought Tchaikovsky rocked too hard. the landlord would not moderate. I found an old analog shelf stereo for $5, moved out, left it behind -- hip hop station at maximum volume. speakers up against the shared wall. it took a month for the landlord to go in and turn it off.

We call one of our neighbours the blower vac kid. There is not a day goes by that he's not out there, blowing, edging, mowing, whipper-snippering, hedge trimming. I know where I'd love to shove all of these gadgets

just leave a pineapple on his front step with a note saying "it will happen comrade"
