Trump has no intention of letting the 2026 midterms go forward, so banging on about who’s going to run in an election in 2028, that’s never going to happen, is performative nonsense.

Martial law doesn’t cancel elections (see: the Civil War), and martial law can only be declared if courts are closed. And states run elections so they can’t be cancelled either way. Post your doomer fanfiction somewhere else or do a minimum research.
