Ah it looks like it’s kind of a website builder? I already have a website but I’m guessing Ghost doesn’t offer newsletters separately?

Whenever you publish a post, you can choose to send it as a newsletter, publish as a web page or both. Even mailing list software like mailchimp have a web version of your mailings so you can share it outside of email, but with ghost that’s optional.
