The US was attacked by Japan at Pearl Harbor. Before that US forces were driven out of the Philippines. Neither constitute and invasion.

I kind of feel like the part where they invaded our capital city and burned the White House in 1812 counts as an invasion.

I agree, I concede my error. Historically the Native Americans were the first to be invaded, but it doesn’t alter the fact that in 20thC America and Russia have commonly fought a Cold War on other Countries’ territories.
