If they're the ones committing the crimes, then yes, they should be arrested and go to prison. Black and Hispanic teen criminals terrorize back and Hispanic neighborhoods more than white neighborhoods. Or do you prefer minorities to live in fear so they'll keep voting for Democrats?
14 year olds don't deserve to be thrown in prison for petty crimes, white, black or Latino. Crime in DC is lower than red states. This is about racism. A hell of a lot more sinister than you are trying to make it out to be. Send the military to red states too. Plenty of crime there. Pfft!
