Terminology withing the Constitution can and has been redefined. In this case, "person" needs to be redefined. It was already redefined in 1868 and 1886. It can be done again.

Not Illegal Aliens and not ppl with "green cards" or work permits. So long as they're not counted, I'll be fine with whatever definition they use.
