Trump & his posse have already thought of this issue. Do you remember Trump’s takeover of big law firms who had to swear allegiance to him & donate billable hours of work? Very hard to find a law firm to rep a class action, as you have to wait forever for a payday.

I’ve been in a class action suit due to faulty medical equipment there are 17,000 of us. It’s was a serous mistake and big company. It’s been ten years, two years ago the company was found liable. Now negotiating w/insurance for how much they get to keep and the attorneys. No idea when it will end.
