Here’s a pic of the concrete steps that need serious attention (they are 75 years old, so).

You are looking at a 1950 built mafia house using incredibly strong bricks with a set of concrete stairs going down the side. The Concrete is obviously in trouble and needs a ton of repair. There is a door on the far left under the stairs that has part of the concrete crumbling. There is an iron railing coming down the side of the stairs. This is a close-up of the door with the concrete above it failing, obviously there’s a lot of water damage and mold on the door. If this is not fixed, this could be disastrous very quickly.
