Well, *single-player* games. Or ones that run on a user device rather than an external server or in a browser. We need to keep it compatible with the Make Adobe Restore Flash Games mandate. Also, any multi-player mode must be usable with a direct plug-in connection (or maybe Bluetooth, I guess).
