This whole situation makes me uneasy for a number of reasons. 1. You can't just feed other people's kids without their consent

2. As a 13 yo coeliac I'd have accepted and eaten unsuitable food through fear and embarrassment about the condition. And the sheer joy of eating something I really missed even if it was bad for me. So don't take the kid's word on food intolerance.

3. If a child is coming to school without lunch It could be an indicator of welfare issues at home. School lunches are one of the last things to go when money is tight or home life is chaotic. Have you raised a welfare concern with the school?

4. Why is the school allowing/making kids without lunch or the means to buy it sit and watch other kids eat. That is a welfare issue against the school in itself. They should make sure every child has lunch regardless of means or provide alternative arrangements at mealtimes for these kids.

While applaud you and your son's empathy and motivation you should trad carefully.
