Oh my goodness it’s insane. I was trying to teach someone how to mark up video amends in frame.io and I was getting questions about how to book-mark the landing page. Basic web browser tutorials cannot fall to my responsibility surely?

I've had to put policy in my syllabus indicating that students are expected to have basic computer skills such as being able to download and locate files on their computer. Good grief.

Yeaahhh I’m seeing that on courses I’ve looked at and it’s like “you must know how to use the following software” And I’m sat there like “well yeah it would be a bit stupid to pay for this course if I didn’t know that? Makes sense now!
