More likely it is related to his #CankleCrisis. Probably swelled so much he can’t walk and is in congestive heart failure. They are pumping him full of drugs to try and fix it but once your veins fail, they don’t grow back. Congestive heart failure is not reversible. 🤡

it certainly seems to be covering a bruise. idk, there are many causes of bruising. i'm not convinced that an i.v. line is the most likely explanation but can't rule it out. i think a fall or a bash seems reasonable but it could be cancer, or overdoing it with steroid shots ("keep me going, doc!")

Gout is super easy to treat though. Gotta think bigger. Stroke, heart attack, bad leg infection and sepsis, bad GI bleed from his anticoagulants. Severe COVID. Come on, universe, do us all a solid. 🤞

Gout is awful, I have it but it is treatable. Untreated the pain can be worse than a break. It's definitely bigger than gout!
