I feel like the response could have been even better had they, and a lot of other major 3rd party's, gone with proper physical. Hell, their game was perfectly suited for a 64gb cart and they STILL went GKC + Download code! Read the room @capcomusa.com and stop showing contempt for your customers.
What Capcom did with Street Fighter 6 on Switch 2 was very anti-consumer. Not only did they do a game-key card but the DLC is a download code. So if you sold the game, the next person would not be getting the "Year 1-2 Edition" if the code was redeemed. They would have to pay an additional $60.
Yea, I'd argue that if there was a game that warranted the $80 price tag to have everything on cart, that was it and they still shit the bed. Not surprising considering some of the BS they pulled on Switch 1. Any company that goes Game-key Card is an instant no buy for me.
