When the state allows Nazi protests, it is acting lawfully. When it suppresses BLM protests, it is acting unlawfully. The solution is not “make it lawful to suppress BLM protests.”

nobody is saying that. we’re saying the cops protect the Nazis and trample on the rights of people engaged in liberation struggle actions because they themselves are a fascist entity. this is the only truth that matters, because force is ultimately what determines actual freedoms vs theoretical ones
