You're ignoring a key difference, Biden never had intentions of staying beyond what's Constitutional. Trump on the other hand literally said he'd like to be a dictator and is currently trying to rig the next election. Nor does he rule out a 3rd term. So nice try at whataboutism but it falls short..

States run elections, not the federal government, so it’s impossible to rig or cancel them and you are being crazy if you think elections can be cancelled.
